Shipping

We generally ship orders every Monday through Friday (except holidays) using standard shipping services. Orders are usually delivered within in 7 days once shipped. All orders $50 or more ship for free. For orders under $50, shipping charges will be displayed at checkout. Expedited shipping options can be selected when available. Once your package ships, we will send an email with a link to track it.

CREDIT CARD FAILURE

There are many reasons for a failed credit card transaction. Your card information may have been entered wrong, the card may have expired or reached its limit, or a malfunction may have occurred with the credit card processing system. Please double check your information. CANCELLING ORDERS

To cancel your order, please contact Customer Service at 800-899-9908, Monday through Friday, or email us at service@wisdomnaturalbrands.com on the day that you placed your order. Due to our desire to promptly ship out customer orders, we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled. However, we will try to cancel your order provided that it has not entered the shipping process.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship only to destinations within the contiguous United States. We do not ship internationally or to Hawaii or Alaska.

TAXES

By law, we must charge sales tax in all states where we have a business presence.

This is my go to to sweeten tea. I tend to drink a lot of hot tea in winter and cold weather. I decided I was using way too much sugar. I tried the powder, but never could regulate it to my liking. So, I tried these drops. It's important not to use too much and get a yucky aftertaste. I have found I can get the right amount of sweetness with just a few drops. So, this is me waving bye-bye to the sugar cubes I was using. It's nice to know I can get the same taste using 6 drops of Sweetleaf vs. 2 sugar cubes. 😃
