We generally ship orders every Monday through Friday (except holidays) using standard shipping services. Orders are usually delivered within in 7 days once shipped. All orders $50 or more ship for free. For orders under $50, shipping charges will be displayed at checkout. Expedited shipping options can be selected when available. Once your package ships, we will send an email with a link to track it.

CANCELLING ORDERS

Due to our desire to promptly ship out customer orders, we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled. However, we will try to cancel your order provided that it has not entered the shipping process.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship only to destinations within the contiguous United States. We do not ship internationally or to Hawaii or Alaska.

OUCH!

I love the grape liquid stevia, but two out of the six bottles have a white powder blocking the bottom of the dropper. I've tried inserting pins and toothpicks, but haven't cleared the blockage. Any suggestions before I pitch the two bottles?

Quality

I have been buying this off Amazon for years thinking that I was saving time and shipping fees.
I recently found out that the product was counterfeit, and I was horrified! The only way I could prove it was by ordering from the manufacturer directly, which I will be doing forever more lol - completely different experience, quality and product perfect!

Like the taste but not blood sugar rise

I tried the grape stevia sweet drops with my soda maker.
I noticed my blood sugar was rising after drinking the beverage.
Then I noticed that there is grape juice concentrate in the drops. That explains the blood sugar rise.
I will have to find another drop for my beverages.
