Lemon drops and weight loss

I set out to lose 5 pounds and ended up losing 16. And I did it by tracking fiber, protein, carbs, and sugar. Not calories and sweet drops make everything work. I can have lemonade with sweet drops all evening when I’m intermittent fasting. To be festive, I might add a little bubbly water.
