We generally ship orders every Monday through Friday (except holidays) using standard shipping services. Orders are usually delivered within in 7 days once shipped. All orders $50 or more ship for free. For orders under $50, shipping charges will be displayed at checkout. Expedited shipping options can be selected when available. Once your package ships, we will send an email with a link to track it.

CANCELLING ORDERS

To cancel your order, please contact Customer Service at 800-899-9908, Monday through Friday, or email us at service@wisdomnaturalbrands.com on the day that you placed your order. Due to our desire to promptly ship out customer orders, we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled. However, we will try to cancel your order provided that it has not entered the shipping process.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship only to destinations within the contiguous United States. We do not ship internationally or to Hawaii or Alaska.

TAXES

By law, we must charge sales tax in all states where we have a business presence.

Just the Right Amount of Cinnamon

This, so far, is my favorite flavored liquid stevia from SweetLeaf. It has just the right amount of cinnamon flavor for both my morning coffee and my afternoon iced tea. Of the three I’ve tried so far (pumpkin, English toffee, cinnamon), this is the one I’m likely to reorder. The others are good too, just a bit more limited in use.

Something white in dropper.

I opened the cinnamon and took out the dropper to find something white in it. I requested an exchange or refund and sent pictures of the item. I got no reply from them.

My Go-To zero carb sweetener.

I live a no carb lifestyle. These are the sweeteners I have found that don't affect anything negatively for me. I have a solid rotation of the vanilla, toffee, chocolate, hazelnut, and cinnamon. I mix them in different ratios to get amazing flavors. Perfect for mixing with coffee and heavy cream. Everyone in our household loves the product!!
