Shipping troubles?

I placed my order for 5 2-oz stevias on 8/21, and received an Amazon tracking number. For days, it said that a label had been created, nothing more. I contacted your trouble shooter to no avail. Finally, yesterday, 8/3, my Stevia arrived in my mailbox. I love the product, but wondering where my order went was an exercise in forced patience.

TOOO Small

There was a slight mix up in the order and the 2 ounce is what I received. I usually get the MUCH larger bottle.But I know the product well...so I will make due until the next order!

Just this morning I reached out to customer service to see where my order is. Do you know? Should have arrived by now. I went out of my way to buy directly from you, the manufacturer instead of amazon. Please don’t make me regret supporting you.
