Guilt-Free Indulgent Chocolate Brownies


2 Cups Unsalted Butter, Separated For Pan Preparation

28 Oz. Semi-Chocolate Chips

4 Tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder,

6 Extra-Large Eggs

3 Tbsp. Instant Coffee Granules, Optional

2 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract

¾ cup Indulge Granular

1¼ Cups Flour, Separated For Pan Preparation

1 Tbsp. Baking Powder

1 Tsp. Salt


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Butter and flour a 12" x 18" x 1' baking sheet with 1 Tbsp. butter and ¼ cups flour.
  3. Melt together the butter, 16z of chocolate chips and the cocoa in a medium bowl over simmering water. Allow to cool slightly.
  4. In a large bowl, stir together the eggs, coffee granules, vanilla, and SweetLeaf® indulge™.
  5. Combine both mixtures and let cool to room temperature.
  6. In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of flour, baking powder, and salt add to the cooled mixture.

  7. Pour into the baking sheet.

  8. Bake for 15 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Be careful not to over bake.

  9. Allow to cool thoroughly and cut into squares.
  10. Enjoy!
