Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp fine sea salt
2 large eggs
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions⁠

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (165°C).
  2. Grease your cookie sheet or line with parchment paper
  3. In a separate large bowl, mix the melted butter, and vanilla extract. Beat in eggs until light and creamy.
  4. Gradually blend in the dry ingredients.⁠
  5. Stir in the chocolate chips.⁠
  6. Drop cookie dough by the spoonful onto the prepared cookie sheets.

  7. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the edges are lightly toasted. Cool on wire racks.⁠

  8. Enjoy!
