2 pressed cloves of garlic
3 Tbsp of mustard

1/2 - 1/3 Cup of olive oil
12 strawberries, sliced
Red leaf lettuce
Goat cheese
Grilled chicken
Sliced almonds

1. Blend all ingredients together in a food processor until creamy.

Dressing

2. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until desired consistency is reached.

Salad

1. Toast sliced almonds with monk fruit on the stove.

2. Combine strawberries, lettuce, goat cheese and chicken in a serving dish. Toss with dressing and top with toasted almonds.
