Pastry Ingredients:
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 ½ cup unsalted cold butter
  • ½ cup cold water
  • Filling Ingredients:
  • 1 cup strawberry jam
  • 3 packets SweetLeaf® Stevia Sweetener
  • 1½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • Sugar-free vanilla syrup, to taste
  • Directions

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

    Pastry: Combine flour and salt. Add cold butter. Stir in cold water until thick dough forms. Shape dough. Chill in the fridge for one hour. Fold pastries as desired.

    Filling: Mix cream cheese, strawberry jam, SweetLeaf Stevia, and syrup with electric mixer. Add filling to center of dough and fold in.

    Bake 30-35 minutes or until golden brown on top.
