(Serves 2)
1/3 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp pumpkin puree
16oz cold brew coffee
A Shake of Pumpkin Spice Spice Mix

Directions

  1. First, make the cold foam by adding heavy cream to a medium sized bowl. Make it vegan by substituting the heavy cream with oat milk.
  2. Next, use a milk frothier to froth cream until it becomes a light, fluffy consistency.
  3. Add SweetLeaf® Sweet Drops® Pumpkin Spice and SweetLeaf® Sweet Drops® Vanilla Crème to the foam.
  4. Swirl in pumpkin puree just enough so that it blends without over mixing.
  5. In two glasses pour in cold brew coffee and leave about 1 inch of space to add the cold foam.
  6. Pour in cold foam
  7. Add a dash of Pumpkin Spice, Spice Mix.
  8. Enjoy!
