- First, make the cold foam by adding heavy cream to a medium sized bowl. Make it vegan by substituting the heavy cream with oat milk.
- Next, use a milk frothier to froth cream until it becomes a light, fluffy consistency.
- Add SweetLeaf® Sweet Drops® Pumpkin Spice and SweetLeaf® Sweet Drops® Vanilla Crème to the foam.
- Swirl in pumpkin puree just enough so that it blends without over mixing.
- In two glasses pour in cold brew coffee and leave about 1 inch of space to add the cold foam.
- Pour in cold foam
- Add a dash of Pumpkin Spice, Spice Mix.
