  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine coconut flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and sea salt in a medium mixing bowl.

    In another medium mixing bowl, beat eggs, then add pumpkin puree and Pumpkin Spice Sweet Drops. Combine wet and dry ingredients to form a uniform batter.
    Using a doughnut piping bag, add batter to your nonstick doughnut pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Allow doughnuts to cool before dipping in pumpkin pie spice and serving.
