We generally ship orders every Monday through Friday (except holidays) using standard shipping services. Orders are usually delivered within in 7 days once shipped. All orders $50 or more ship for free. For orders under $50, shipping charges will be displayed at checkout. Expedited shipping options can be selected when available. Once your package ships, we will send an email with a link to track it.

CREDIT CARD FAILURE

There are many reasons for a failed credit card transaction. CANCELLING ORDERS

To cancel your order, please contact Customer Service at 800-899-9908, Monday through Friday, or email us at service@wisdomnaturalbrands.com on the day that you placed your order. Due to our desire to promptly ship out customer orders, we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled. However, we will try to cancel your order provided that it has not entered the shipping process.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship only to destinations within the contiguous United States. We do not ship internationally or to Hawaii or Alaska.

TAXES

By law, we must charge sales tax in all states where we have a business presence.

😒🚫 Horrible customer service 🚫

I made a purchase with this company about a month ago. I tried the liquid Monk Fruit water flavor drops that comes in different flavors. If you're used to using any other water flavors before now, you're not going to be satisfied with this lame ass wana-be half ass flavor & sweetener. Each container says 80 servings but I promise you'll need half the container in one use just to satisfy what you're trying to accomplish or at least match the taste, flavor & sweet taste of the beverage flavors you're use to when dealing with other companies....I'm still waiting on a call back from their Oh So busy customer service that acts as if they don't have the time to return my call and it's been almost a month....could it be that they know I have unopened product that I purchased from them and want a refund for it 🤷....Either way, they suck. Review Completed 😊

I didn’t realize it needed to be shaken so my first glass i had poured was thrown out. I never had to shake Mio or Chrystal Light. Shaking it hard did help however i am very disappointed that the flavor is lacking. Is there another that you can recommend that will have more flavor please?

It didn’t taste like anything, just sweet. I’ve been using it to sweeten while cooking, that’s how little passion fruit flavor there is.
