Shipping

We generally ship orders every Monday through Friday (except holidays) using standard shipping services. Orders are usually delivered within in 7 days once shipped. All orders $50 or more ship for free. For orders under $50, shipping charges will be displayed at checkout. Expedited shipping options can be selected when available. Once your package ships, we will send an email with a link to track it.

We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

CREDIT CARD FAILURE

There are many reasons for a failed credit card transaction. Your card information may have been entered wrong, the card may have expired or reached its limit, or a malfunction may have occurred with the credit card processing system. CANCELLING ORDERS

To cancel your order, please contact Customer Service at 800-899-9908, Monday through Friday, or email us at service@wisdomnaturalbrands.com on the day that you placed your order. Due to our desire to promptly ship out customer orders, we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled. However, we will try to cancel your order provided that it has not entered the shipping process.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship only to destinations within the contiguous United States. We do not ship internationally or to Hawaii or Alaska.

TAXES

By law, we must charge sales tax in all states where we have a business presence.

😒🚫Didn't work as advertised 🚫

This product is definitely not going to do what you expect of it. I bought this as a healthier option and the product description said that we would get 80 serving ls per unit.This may be true if you want your water or protein shake to taste very low on flavor with very little sweetness. This product has the potential to be great with a few adjustments, in the meantime, stop lying to your customers about your serving amount. I literally used one half of your tiny bottle in one serving of my protein shake just to make it taste somewhat Ok. I could have just not used your product an been just fine. I also called your customer service number to return this so called 80 servings per container and YOUUUUUUU GUESSED IT!!!!! No one answered the phone or returned my message and its been a week so far. Not only did I leave my name & number on your voice mail, I left my order number....but all I hear is crickets, DO BETTER! 1 Squeeze or drop my ass 😒😒😒😒😒😒 🚫

Great taste

Most sugar free sweeteners have an after taste but not this. It’s a great alternative to regular flavored syrups. I use it in my iced lattes from Starbucks.
