Healthy Pancakes

Ingredients

½ tsp Stevia Shaker Jar

¼ cup milk

½ tsp baking powder

½ tsp vanilla extract

½ Cup egg whites

1 tsp cooking oil

1/3 cup gluten free flour, or flour of choice

 

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a blender on high speed.

Pour ¼ cup of mixture into an oiled frying pan.

Cook on both sides until golden brown.

Repeat until all batter is used.
