Ingredients 

4 medium apples⁠
1 cup rolled oats⁠
¼ cup 50% Reduced Coconut Sugar ⁠
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon⁠
¼ cup unsalted butter, cut into pieces ⁠

Directions 

1. Gather all ingredients.⁠
2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).⁠
3. Core each apple, making a large well in the center; place onto a rimmed baking sheet.⁠
4. Mix oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl; cut in butter until well combined. Spoon 1/4 of the oat mixture into each apple.⁠
5. Bake in the preheated oven until apples are tender and filling is bubbling, about 30 minutes.⁠

🧑‍🍳 Recipe Tip: If you don't use a rimmed baking sheet, butter will spill in the oven.
