Ingredients:
- 45 drops of Chocolate Sweet Drops
- 3 cups cottage cheese (the higher fat and better quality, the creamier the ice cream!)
- 1/2 teaspoon pure peppermint extract
- 1/2 teaspoon spirulina (optional, for color)
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Pre-Freeze:
Pour the blended mixture into a freezer-safe container with a lid. Freeze for 1 hour. - Add the Chocolate Chips:
After 1 hour, stir in the chocolate chips. Cover and return to the freezer for another 3–5 hours. -
Serve:
Remove from the freezer and let sit at room temperature for 15–20 minutes. Break up the mixture with a spoon and stir well for a soft, scoopable texture. -
Scoop & Enjoy:
Scoop into bowls, top with extra chocolate chips and fresh mint if desired, and dig in!
