Chocolate Mint Cottage Cheese Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 45 drops of Chocolate Sweet Drops
  • 3 cups cottage cheese (the higher fat and better quality, the creamier the ice cream!)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure peppermint extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon spirulina (optional, for color)
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Serve: Remove from the freezer and let sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes. Break up the mixture with a spoon and stir well for a soft, scoopable texture. 
  2. Scoop & Enjoy: Scoop into bowls, top with extra chocolate chips and fresh mint if desired, and dig in! 
Tips for a creamy texture:
  • Let the ice cream thaw for 15-20 minutes before scooping.
  • Stirring after thawing helps create a soft, creamy consistency without needing an ice cream maker.
