Feel energized with our Organic Yerba Maté Royale. Yerba maté leaves come from a robust tree found deep in the heart of the South American rainforest. For centuries, the native people have added stevia leaves to their maté to enhance this wonderfully revitalizing refreshment. Our blend is unique and proprietary and has more than 350 nutrients to nourish the body.

Shipping

We generally ship orders every Monday through Friday (except holidays) using standard shipping services. Orders are usually delivered within in 7 days once shipped. All orders $50 or more ship for free. For orders under $50, shipping charges will be displayed at checkout. Expedited shipping options can be selected when available. Once your package ships, we will send an email with a link to track it.

Please review the checkout page before you submit your order for the shipping methods available for your items. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

CREDIT CARD FAILURE

There are many reasons for a failed credit card transaction. Your card information may have been entered wrong, the card may have expired or reached its limit, or a malfunction may have occurred with the credit card processing system. Please double check your information. CANCELLING ORDERS

To cancel your order, please contact Customer Service at 800-899-9908, Monday through Friday, or email us at service@wisdomnaturalbrands.com on the day that you placed your order. Due to our desire to promptly ship out customer orders, we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled. However, we will try to cancel your order provided that it has not entered the shipping process.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship only to destinations within the contiguous United States. We do not ship internationally or to Hawaii or Alaska.

TAXES

By law, we must charge sales tax in all states where we have a business presence.

Good product, terrible service!

I have enjoyed this product in the past, in an order from another company.
So 5 stars for the product!
However my experience with the Sweetleaf Company has been full of problems.

In the first place, this order never reached me. It was sent back for insufficient address. Though I put my apartment number on the order form, it apparently failed to print on the address label.
I waited a couple of days to be contacted. When nothing happened, I went to the website and sent a long message by e-mail, including the order number and my contact information.
Again, no joy! Finally I called the Customer Service number and left another message. The next day a very nice lady called me. She said she would send a replacement order right away, but needed my address--as the e-mail message had never reached her!
I can only conclude that this whole business is very disorganized, even though the people try to be helpful.
Service rating: 1 star.
