1 egg
1 cup milk
4 slices whole-grain bread
1 Tbsp. butter
Pinch cinnamon or nutmeg

Directions

Whisk the egg and milk together in a bowl. Add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg and the SweetLeaf® Liquid Stevia Vanilla Crème Sweet Drops® to the egg mixture. Whisk well to combine.

Add 1 Tbsp. butter to a frying pan. Melt over medium heat. Be sure to coat the bottom of the pan with the butter.

Next, dip one slice at a time of whole-grain bread into the egg mixture. Coat both sides of the bread thoroughly. Place coated bread slices into the buttered frying pan and cook until both sides are brown.

Optional: Top with syrup.
