Ingredients

1/2 cup coconut butter
1/2 cup butter or coconut oil
1 tsp. maple extract
1/2 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened

Directions

Melt butter and coconut butter together and stir until well combined and smooth. Stir in maple extract and 1/2 tsp of Coconut Sweet Drops®. Taste and adjust stevia if needed.

If using optional shredded coconut, first toast by placing in a dry skillet over medium heat, stirring constantly until browned. Sprinkle shredded coconut into silicone candy mold, or a greased or parchment-lined 8-by-8-inch pan. Pour batter into molds or pan. Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.

Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Pop pieces out of mold or cut into pieces. Sit out on the counter for about 5 minutes to soften.
