Salted Caramel Cheesecake Shake

Enjoy everything you love about cheesecake without any whisking, baking or cooling! This salted caramel cheesecake shake is the perfect combination of sweet and salty.
  • Servings: 1



1/2 C vanilla yogurt

1/2 C vanilla almond milk

1 Tbsp almond (or cashew) butter

1 tsp sugar-free caramel creamer (can sub caramel, 1-2 pitted dates or caramel sauce)

1 tsp vanilla

Pinch of pink salt

Small handful of ice

Optional: 1/4 C frozen cauliflower or zucchini

Optional: 1/4 of a small avocado

Optional: Melted dark chocolate to swirl the glass

Optional: Protein powder

1. Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth, creamy and well combined.
2. Pour into a chilled glass (or bowl) and top with toppings of choice.
