Cranberry Mini Loaves



1 cup flour
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 Tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon or apple pie sauce
2 Tbsp. melted (cooled) avocado oil butter
1/8 cup dried cranberries
1/8 Cup Enjoy Life® chocolate chips (no sugar chocolate)

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease 1-2 small baking dishes (you can use two different sized small Pyrex dishes).
  3. Add all ingredients to a medium bowl and stir until combined.
  4. Add dough to your baking dish(es). Dough should be about 1- to 1½-inches thick, so the inside gets cooked well.
  5. Bake for approx 25-30 mins, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool and serve.
