Chocolate Cherry Mug Brownie

This vegan and gluten-free chocolate cherry mug brownie from our friend @wellnessbykiley makes for the perfect vegan, gluten-free and low sugar treat!

2 Tbsp. coconut flour
1/2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. unsweetened applesauce
1 Tbsp. smooth almond butter (or any nut or seed butter)
2 Tbsp. almond milk
1/2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
1 large egg white (or flax egg for vegan)
2 Tbsp. frozen cherries
1-2 Tbsp. stevia sweetened chocolate chips, optional
Sprinkles, optional

1. Grease a microwave safe bowl or mug and set aside.
2. In a small mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients and set aside.
3. Add the wet ingredients except the frozen cherries and mix until the batter is smooth.
4. Stir the frozen cherries in and top with chocolate chips and sprinkles if desires.
5. Microwave for 1-2 minutes.
6. For a gooey brownie, remove around the minute mark. Enjoy!
