Chocolate Cherry Mug Brownie

Ingredients

1 tbsp 50% Reduced Calorie Cane Sugar

2 tbsp coconut flour

1 ½ tsp cocoa powder

½ tsp baking powder

1 tbsp unsweetened applesauce

1 tbsp smooth almond butter, or nut or seed butter of choice

2 tbsp almond milk

½ tbsp vanilla extract

1 egg white

2 tbsp frozen cherries

1-2 tbsp stevia sweetened chocolate chips, optional

Sprinkles, optional

Directions

1. Grease a microwave safe bowl or mug and set aside.
2. In a small mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients and set aside.
3. Add the wet ingredients except the frozen cherries and mix until the batter is smooth.
4. Stir the frozen cherries in and top with chocolate chips and sprinkles if desires.
5. Microwave for 1-2 minutes.
6. For a gooey brownie, remove around the minute mark. Enjoy!
