Shipping

We generally ship orders every Monday through Friday (except holidays) using standard shipping services. Orders are usually delivered within in 7 days once shipped. All orders $50 or more ship for free. For orders under $50, shipping charges will be displayed at checkout. Expedited shipping options can be selected when available. Once your package ships, we will send an email with a link to track it.

CREDIT CARD FAILURE

There are many reasons for a failed credit card transaction. Your card information may have been entered wrong, the card may have expired or reached its limit, or a malfunction may have occurred with the credit card processing system. CANCELLING ORDERS

To cancel your order, please contact Customer Service at 800-899-9908, Monday through Friday, or email us at service@wisdomnaturalbrands.com on the day that you placed your order. Due to our desire to promptly ship out customer orders, we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled. However, we will try to cancel your order provided that it has not entered the shipping process.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship only to destinations within the contiguous United States. We do not ship internationally or to Hawaii or Alaska.

TAXES

By law, we must charge sales tax in all states where we have a business presence.

Lotta Sweet In A Little Bottle!

Switched to stevia about five years ago. The stevia packets I used actually had a small amount of sugar in them. I thought, "Why am I replacing sugar with something that has sugar in it?" I discovered this pure organic stevia and the only worry is using too much. A little goes a long way. No bitter taste.

Stevia Sensitivity

I have no qualms about the Sweetleaf company. Fast deliveries, easy ordering....but I cancelled my stevia subscription after I developed a sensitivity to the sugar alcohols used in the powder. Gonna try the liquid version w/o Eurythritol.

I have used this product for years and loved it.. this batch was not good! I do not know if it is because this order was organic. I do not know if my past order were organic or whatever normal is. I do know this batch does not taste as good as before. It takes 5 times more to sweetener the same container/cup than before. it acted more like regular sugar volume wise. I would like feedback on what has changed before I waste any more money on something I do not like. please let me know if there is something I should know. I got started when this was sold in whole foods. please let me know. In the inter I will try and find where I can get the old type even if it is not organic. 0 calories and sweet using the same spoon (the same one that was packed in the old version) is all I want at a reasonable price. I'll start searching for a new version until I get a satisfactory answer to this write-up or I find a replacement. Please answer this problem.
