Is there a minimum order amount for wholesale orders?

Yes, there is a minimum order amount of $75.00 per order.

Is there a maximum order amount for wholesale orders?

Yes, there is a maximum online order amount of $500.00 per order. If your order exceeds the maximum order amount, please reach out to jeudey@wisdomnaturalbrands.com to place your order via email. We’re happy to help!

What service will you use to ship my order?

We will ship your order with either UPS or USPS.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Addison, IL.

How long will it take to process my order?

Orders will be processed and will ship within 1-3 business days.

Am I able to reorder on a subscription basis?

Currently, we are unable to auto-reorders. Please visit the website to place a new order.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Shipments are processed as soon as possible. As a result, we're often unable to cancel and/or change orders once they've been submitted. Please contact jeudey@wisdomnaturalbrands.com as soon as possible for more information about changing your order.

Can I return my order?

If you need to return any products, simply reach out to the team and we'll get the return process started.

What if my order is missing or damaged?

If products arrive damaged, we are happy to assist. Though not required, please attach photos of the damage incurred to help us improve our packing practices.
