1. Sponsor 

The SweetLeaf Customer Survey Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by SweetLeaf, Inc. (“Sponsor”). 

2. Eligibility 

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. 

3. How to Enter 

Participants may enter by completing the SweetLeaf customer survey during the promotion period February 5, 2026 through February 11, 2026. Limit one (1) entry per person. No purchase is required to enter or win. 

4. Promotion Period 

The Sweepstakes begins on February 5, 2026 and ends on February 11,2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received after the Promotion Period will not be eligible. 

5. Prize 

One (1) winner will be randomly selected to receive a $100 gift card to be used on sweetleaf.com. The $100 gift card must be used by May 31, 2026. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s discretion. 

6. Winner Selection & Notification 

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will take place within 7 days after the Promotion Period ends. The winner will be notified via the email address provided in the survey. 

If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected. 

7. Odds 

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 

8. Taxes 

Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize. 

9. Privacy 

Information collected from entrants is subject to SweetLeaf’s Privacy Policy and will be used for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and improving SweetLeaf products and services. 

10. General Conditions 

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. 

11. Release 

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any liability arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.
