1. Eligibility 
The SweetLeaf Instagram Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Wisdom Natural Brands (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law. 

2. Sponsor 
The Giveaway is sponsored by Wisdom Natural Brands, doing business as SweetLeaf®  (“Sponsor”), located in Gilbert, Arizona. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or any other social media platform. 

3. Agreement to Official Rules 
Participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. 

4. Giveaway Period 
The Giveaway begins at January 1, 2026 and ends at January 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PST (“Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible. 

5. How to Enter 
To enter during the Giveaway Period: 

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void. 

6. Prize 
One (1) winner will each receive a SweetLeaf Gift Set Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all prizes combined: $50. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.  

7. Winner Selection and Notification 
Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor within five (5) business days following the end of the Giveaway Period. Winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message from the official @SweetLeaf account. Winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification to claim their prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected. 

Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted, or not received by a potential winner for any reason. 

8. Publicity 
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes each winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of the winner’s name, likeness, Instagram handle, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration. 

9. General Conditions 
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules. 

Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. 

10. Release and Limitation of Liability 
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Giveaway; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; or (e) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation or receipt of any prize. 

11. Disputes 
Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Maricopa County, Arizona; and (b) all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Giveaway, but in no event attorneys’ fees. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. 

12. Privacy
