Customer Service

This is not about the product but about Customer Service. When I purchased “7” bottles of Org Vanilla Sweet Drops in November I paid $7.40 per bottle, and this was supposed to be a Black Friday sale. I asked in the notes of my order, as well as left a voice mail, and did not hear back from anyone. My question was about the best time to purchase this product, as I paid $4.44 per bottle in August 2024. I was asking if the summertime was better than Black Friday. Does anyone know the answer to this? You want our feedback here, yet ignore our own inquiries when we’ve asked more than once.

Best tasting sweetener IMO

Not only vanilla flavor but it enhances the creamer too. Been a loyal customer for many years, please don’t stop making this!
