Satisfy your sweet tooth with this Sugar-Free Salted Chocolate Strawberry Tart!
1/2 tsp. SweetLeaf® Liquid Stevia Chocolate Sweet Drops®
1 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
1/4 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
3/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds, unsalted (sunflower seeds can also be substituted)
6 Tbsp. butter, softened
1/4 tsp. salt
1-2 tsp. SweetLeaf® Liquid Stevia Chocolate Sweet Drops®
4 oz. sugar-free chocolate bar, chopped
8 oz. baking chocolate, unsweetened, chopped
8 oz. heavy cream
8 oz. fresh strawberries, sliced in half
1/2 tsp. coarse sea salt
Add all the crust ingredients to a food processor and process until fine crumbs form. Spread and press the crust mixture into a tart pan as evenly as possible. Set aside.
To make filling, place the chocolate bar and baking chocolate into the food processor and process until fine. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
Pour heavy cream into a saucepan. Over medium-low heat, heat cream, but do not boil. You just want it steaming hot. Remove the saucepan and pour over the chocolate in a bowl. Let rest for 2-3 minutes and then stir the mixture until the chocolate is smooth. Stir in 1 tsp. SweetLeaf® Liquid Stevia Chocolate Sweet Drops®. Taste and add more, if needed, to reach your desired sweetness. Pour this chocolate mixture into the tart shell and spread to even it out.
Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving. When ready to serve, sprinkle with coarse sea salt and top with fresh strawberries.
If you are making this ahead of time and the tart stays in the fridge overnight, allow plenty of time out on the counter, at least 3-4 hours before serving, otherwise it will be too hard to cut into pieces.

No one will believe this deliciously decadent dessert is so low in sugars and calories.
5 drops SweetLeaf® Liquid Stevia Vanilla Crème Sweet Drops®
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup peanut butter, unsweetened
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla extract
12 oz. chocolate chips, sugar-free (85% dark chocolate recommended)
Combine water, butter, SweetLeaf® Liquid Stevia Vanilla Crème Sweet Drops® and salt in a pot and bring to a boil. Add the flour and stir vigorously until all of the liquid is absorbed and the dough forms a ball, about one minute. Remove the dough from the pot. Form into a log and wrap in plastic wrap. Set aside to cool slightly.
Heat 2-3 inches of canola oil in a pot to 350°F. While the oil is heating, line a plate with paper towels to drain the excess oil off the churros.
Combine the SweetLeaf® Better Than Sugar and ground cinnamon in a large zip lock bag and set aside.
Once the dough is at room temperature, place it in a piping bag with a large star tip (#829 or 9FT) and pipe the dough out into 4” long strips onto a parchment-lined baking pan. Place 3-4 of the dough strips in the heated oil and fry until golden brown. Transfer the churros to the paper towel-lined plate to drain. Repeat until all of the churros have been fried.
Place the fried churros in the zip lock bag and gently toss to coat them evenly in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Serve the churros warm with the accompanying chocolate dipping sauce.
Combine the dry ingredients, SweetLeaf® Liquid Stevia Chocolate Sweet Drops® and SweetLeaf® Liquid Stevia Vanilla Crème Sweet Drops® in a pot and stir to combine. Add a quarter cup of the almond milk to the dry ingredients and stir to combine, creating a smooth paste. Gradually stir in the rest of the almond milk and heat the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly.
Immediately remove from the heat once the sauce has thickened. Serve alongside the churros and enjoy!
