Ingredients

SweetLeaf® Honey
  • 2 Tbsp of bee pollen
  • 2 Tbsp of warm water
  • 1/2 - 1 cup SweetLeaf® Maple Stevia Syrup
  • Balsamic Dressing
  • 1/4 Cup of balsamic vinegar
  • 2 pressed cloves of garlic
  • 3 Tbsp of mustard
  • 2 Tbsp of SweetLeaf® honey
  • 1/2 - 1/3 Cup of olive oil
  • Salad
  • 12 strawberries, sliced
  • Red leaf lettuce
  • Goat cheese
  • Grilled chicken
  • Sliced almonds
  • SweetLeaf® Monk Fruit Organic Sweetener
  • Directions

    Honey

    Blend all ingredients together in a food processor until creamy.

    Dressing

    Blend all ingredients in a food processor until desired consistency is reached.

    Salad

    Toast sliced almonds with monk fruit on the stove.

    Combine strawberries, lettuce, goat cheese and chicken in a serving dish. Toss with dressing and top with toasted almonds.
