SweetLeaf® Honey
  • 2 Tbsp of bee pollen
  • 2 Tbsp of warm water
  • 1/2 - 1 cup SweetLeaf® Maple Stevia Syrup
  • Balsamic Dressing
  • 1/4 Cup of balsamic vinegar
  • 2 pressed cloves of garlic
  • 3 Tbsp of mustard
  • 2 Tbsp of SweetLeaf® honey
  • 1/2 - 1/3 Cup of olive oil
  • Salad
  • 12 strawberries, sliced
  • Red leaf lettuce
  • Goat cheese
  • Grilled chicken
  • Sliced almonds
  • SweetLeaf® Monk Fruit Organic Sweetener
  • Directions


    Blend all ingredients together in a food processor until creamy.


    Blend all ingredients in a food processor until desired consistency is reached.


    Toast sliced almonds with monk fruit on the stove.

    Combine strawberries, lettuce, goat cheese and chicken in a serving dish. Toss with dressing and top with toasted almonds.

      I’ve never heard of apple extract, or apple pie spice? Where do you get that? Also, what’s the difference btwn using Sweetleaf’s stevia drops in the glass bottle, vs. using the above product that you show?

      I did a google search and it looks like Durkee and McCormick both have the Apple Pie Spice, The Apple extract can be ordered from Walmart..??. I want to make this recipe, but will copy it off and hold until I can get the extract and the spice.

      This was absolutely delicious- followed the recipe exactly as written, and my family thoroughly enjoyed it! The caramel sauce was a must, we ended up doubling the recipe so we could INDULGE! Making it a second time today. Thank you for the recipe 🙂
