• Large bag of popcorn, popped
  • 1 Cup of butter
  • 1/2 Cup of water
  • 2 dropper fulls SweetLeaf® SteviaClear® Sweet Drops®
  • 1 tsp of vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp of baking soda
  • Brown Sugar Substitute
  • 1/2 Cup SweetLeaf® Monk Fruit Organic Sweetener
  • 1/2 Cup SweetLeaf® Maple Stevia Syrup
  • Directions

    Add 2 drop fulls of Sweet Drops® to 1/2 C of water.

    Combine monk fruit sweetener and stevia syrup to create a brown sugar substitute.

    Combine brown sugar substitute, butter, and sweetened water into a large cooking pot. Bring to a boil for 5 minutes.

    Remove from heat and add vanilla and baking soda. Mix well, it will be foamy.

    Pour over popcorn in a large mixing bowl, stir until coated.

    Spread the popcorn onto two baking sheets.

    Bake at 200ºF for an hour. Enjoy!
