Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Lay the bacon out on a baking sheet and bake until crisp, about 15 minutes. Remove the bacon, dry on a paper towel and cut 6 slices into bite-sized pieces. Reserve 2 Tbsp. of bacon drippings and heat in a small skillet on the stove on medium heat. Add green pepper and onion, sautéing until golden, about 5 to 8 minutes.
In a baking dish, stir together beans, bacon pieces, sautéed green peppers and onions, SugarLeaf®, ketchup, and mustard. Bake uncovered 1 hour or until bubbly.
