• 1/2 C vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 C vanilla almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp almond (or cashew) butter
  • 1 tsp sugar-free caramel creamer (can sub caramel, 1-2 pitted dates or caramel sauce)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2-3 drops Pumpkin Spice or Cinnamon Sweet Drops®
  • Pinch of pink salt
  • Small handful of ice
  • Optional: 1/4 C frozen cauliflower or zucchini
  • Optional: 1/4 of a small avocado
  • Optional: Melted dark chocolate to swirl the glass
  • Optional: Protein powder
  • Directions

    1. Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth, creamy and well combined.
    2. Pour into a chilled glass (or bowl) and top with toppings of choice.
    3. Serve with sugar-free gluten-free chocolate chip cookies and dark chocolate shavings.
