• 2 tsp. (or 4 packets SweetLeaf Stevia Sweetener, natural or organic) SweetLeaf Stevia Sweetener Shaker, natural or organic
  • 15 drops SweetLeaf® Liquid Stevia Chocolate Sweet Drops®
  • ⅔ cup quick-cooking oats, uncooked
  • ⅓ cup buckwheat flour
  • ¼ cup chia seeds, ground
  • ¼ cup walnuts, chopped
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon, ground
  • 2 medium bananas, mashed
  • ¼ cup creamy low-sodium peanut butter
  • Directions

    Use cooking spray in a shallow baking pan. Put dry ingredients in medium mixing bowl. Mix well.

    Put bananas, peanut butter, Chocolate Sweet Drops and SweetLeaf Stevia in large mixing bowl. Mix well. Pour flour mixture into bowl, stirring until the mixture is just moistened, but no flour is visible.

    Spread mixture in baking pan. Bake in a 350-degree preheated oven for 12-17 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

    Cool for 20-30 minutes before cutting into 6 bars.
