• ¼ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup flour
  • ¼ cup coconut butter (or butter of choice)
  • 3 drops SweetLeaf® Liquid Stevia Hazelnut Sweet Drops®
  • “Caramel” Layer:
  • ½ cup hazelnut butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil
  • Chocolate Crunch Layer:
  • 1 ½ chocolate bars of choice
  • 1 cup chopped hazelnuts
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Directions

    Crust: Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until a dough forms. Press into the bottom of desired pan and place in freezer while making the next layer.

    “Caramel”: Whisk all ingredients together until smooth. Spread evenly over base layer.

    Chocolate crunch: Melt chocolate until smooth. Pour over caramel layer and top with chopped hazelnuts and sea salt. Place in freezer until set.
