- Preheat oven to 325
- Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Combine all wet ingredients in a mixing bowl, lightly whisk the eggs.
- Pour wet ingredients into the dry mixture and mix. Spray 9” springform pan with oil and pour the mixture into the pan.
- Slice figs and place on top of cake batter.
- Sprinkle each fig with brown sugar.
- Cook for 25-35 minutes (mine was done right at 30 minutes but all ovens vary).
