As the snow melts away and the colors of spring are finally breaking the surface, we can officially welcome the seasonal farmers markets packed with fresh produce that’s just begging to be blended. When it comes to getting your fill of spring refreshments, there’s truly nothing better than a fresh, fruit smoothie! Here are a few of our favorite SweetLeaf® smoothie recipes to help you kick off spring in full swing.

Very Berry Coconut Protein Smoothie

Looking for a quick and delicious smoothie on the go? We’ve got you covered! SweetLeaf® Tip: For extra protein, sprinkle seeds or nuts in the smoothie!



4 squirts (or to taste) SweetLeaf® Liquid Stevia Coconut Sweet Drops®
1/2 cup blueberries, frozen
1/2 cup raspberries, frozen
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup plain yogurt, 2%


Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth. Serve in your favorite glass.



Strawberry Orange Smoothie

Two favorite fruit flavors combine in this delightfully refreshing low-calorie smoothie.



1 packet SweetLeaf® Stevia Sweetener
10 frozen strawberries
1 cup unsweetened yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice


Combine all ingredients in a blender and whip until smooth. Sweeten to taste with one or more packets SweetLeaf® Stevia Sweetener. Serve immediately.

Drink up!


Coconut Smoothie

Put the coconut in the smoothie and mix it all up.



6-8 Drops SweetLeaf® Liquid Stevia Coconut Sweet Drops®
1 cup frozen mango or 1 frozen banana
1 scoop egg white protein, unflavored
3 Tbsp. coconut milk, canned
1 lime, juiced


Place all ingredients in a blender. Add enough water to the blender so ingredients have a smooth consistency. Blend together and serve.



Orange Creamsicle Smoothie

Packed with Vitamin C and two flavors of Sweet Drops®, this is sure to be the smoothie of your dreams!



5 drops SweetLeaf® Liquid Stevia Vanilla Crème Sweet Drops®
5 drops SweetLeaf® Liquid Stevia Valencia Orange Sweet Drops®
2 oranges, juiced
5 oz. plain Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp. heavy whipping cream
2 cups ice


Juice oranges.

Place all ingredients in a blender.

Blend until smooth.

1 cup ice
1 cup almond milk, unsweetened

Place all ingredients in a blender.

Blend until smooth and until powders are incorporated completely.
