Three years. Environmental factors should not affect SweetLeaf Stevia^® Sweetener. SweetLeaf^® is stable to approximately 450 degrees F and is freezable. Humidity may affect the tablets if they are exposed to excessive humidity they may clump. SweetLeaf^® tablets contain stevia leaf extract, sodium bicarbonate, citric acid, dicalcium phosphate, cellulose, and magnesium stearate.
