Laurie from Colorado asks:
Hi Jim. I want to substitute your product (which I love!) for sugar in many recipes. I just don't know the conversion. I use the drops and I would like to use them for, say, a cup of sugar in a recipe, but I simply don't know how that would work. Do the physical properties of sugar, the weight and density, change the characteristic of a recipe for something like muffins and how would that be affected by using Stevia drops? I've been wanting to try the drops as a substitute but just haven't been brave enough! Do you have a conversion amount and maybe a test kitchen that's done this? Please let me know.
Jim's Answer:
Please visit the recipe tab. On the left hand side you should see a conversion chart. We also have a wonderful blueberry muffin recipe that would be very helpful to you!
